While establishing your web presence may seem a formidable task, our Six-Step Development Process will help make it easier as well as ensure that all critical steps are well managed on a timely basis.

We will conduct a preliminary meeting with you over the telephone or in person to determine your overall goals. To begin with, we listen carefully. Our goal is learn about your current business, customer base, and your overall marketing strategies -- both Internet and any other media currently in use. At this meeting, we will also discuss your budget and create a basic development schedule to fit your needs. Part of the goal setting process will be determining the basic "look" of your site -- should it mirror current print marketing media or should it have its own separate identity. 

After establishing your web site goals, an initial Site Plan is established that fits within your budget and meets your overall communication and marketing goals. Once the site plan has been reviewed and approved by your organization, we formulate a "fixed bid" Proposal for your review and execution. (Many of our clients select one of our affordable web packages and add or delete items based on their overall goals and needs.) 

All of our Proposals include domain registration costs (if needed) and your first year's web hosting and e-mail service. This way, you will know all of your costs "up front" without any surprises at the end of the project.

After acceptance of our proposal and receipt of your deposit, domain registration is completed and an "under construction" page is posted as soon as your domain name becomes active on the Internet. 

We initially develop your site from either within our own web site or your own web location. In either case, we provide you with the Internet address you can use to access the site while it is under construction. This allows you to review our ‘work in progress’ whenever you want, but does not permit casual web browsers to find your site while it is under construction.

Throughout the development process, you are encouraged to review your site frequently while it is under construction. Your feedback and comments are incorporated immediately and your timely review is absolutely critical to maintain the schedule we have mutually established.

Once final development is complete, you have conducted your Final Review and your final payment is received, your site will be activated.

We provide you with six (6) months of on-going support after your site activation. Keeping your web site up-to-date in both content and technology is vital to its success. Your Proposal will include an on-going Marketing and Maintenance Package designed to meet your needs.
